Billet Steel

Billet steel is made by heating a solid metal billet until it melts, then pouring it into a mold to form the desired shape. Known for its high tensile strength, durability, and corrosion resistance, it is commonly used in a wide range of steel manufacturing.

Rebar

Rebar also called reinforcing bar, or reinforcing steel  in construction. They are a tension device added to concrete to form reinforced concrete to strengthen and aid the concrete under tension. Rebar surfaces feature a continuous series of ribs, lugs or indentations to promote a better bond with the concrete and reduce the risk of slippage.

The most common type of rebar is carbon steel, typically consisting of hot-rolled round bars with deformation patterns embossed into its surface. Steel and concrete have similar coefficients of thermal expansion, so a concrete structural member reinforced with steel will experience minimal differential stress as the temperature changes.

Rebar is available in grades and specifications that vary in yield strengthultimate tensile strengthchemical composition, and percentage of elongation.

Bentonite

Bentonite is a clay that is made up of minerals.

It belongs to the smectite group and is formed from the ash of tuffs or volcanic glass.

There are three types of Bentonites:

·      Industrial Load Bentonite

·      Drill Bentonite

·      Foundry Bentonite

Bentonite is mainly used in oil and hydraulic drilling muds, animal litter, oil discoloration, foundry, fertilizers, Adhesives, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, Polymers and pesticides.

46-0-0 UREA FERTILZER

Urea 46% is a white crystalline solid containing 46% nitrogen123. It is widely used in the agricultural industry as an animal feed additive and fertilizer12. It is a very concentrated form of nitrogen, with an NPK (nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium) ratio of 46-0-03. The solubility of urea is very high in water, which is used for fertilizer and spray application on the plant3.

PET FLAKES

PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) flakes - cold or hot wash are recycled plastic flakes derived from PET bottles and other PET products. The cold wash process involves washing the PET material at lower temperatures, which helps preserve its intrinsic viscosity and quality.

Hot washing is a more intensive cleaning process that involves heating the PET flakes in water, often with the addition of cleaning agents or alkali, to remove stubborn contaminants.
